Aerin and LOR finally reach the nucleus. Soon they will know whether their strategy for defeating the cancer will be successful. First, they must locate the DNA damage and then repair it with the protein they have created.
Finding themselves on a DNA strand, Aerin and LOR work their way to the top to locate the damage. The complexity of the DNA is obvious; they realize how it can control everything the cell does. Other mRNA are observed in the nucleus, preparing to carry other genetic information to the organelles of protein synthesis.
Aerin and LOR finally locate the DNA damage that is the root of the cell’s cancer. They didn’t expect to also find the boss carcinogen responsible for the damage.
After a horrific battle, they are able to position their protein to repair the DNA damage. The cell returns to its normal activity, which in this case was to destroy itself in the process of apoptosis.
